What happens if my payment does not go through or I cancel my recurring payments?

If your payment doesn't go through, we will retry and if still unsuccessful, we will contact you by SMS to ask you to update your payment details at belong.com.au/pay.

If we don't receive your payment by the 10th day of the month, your service will be suspended; if we still have not received your payment by the 25th day, your service will be cancelled. 
Note, if you want to re-join Belong after your service is disconnected, you'll be charged the then-current activation fee plus any outstanding overdue amounts to connect again.
