I am an existing Belong ADSL Broadband customer, can I upgrade to the Belong ADSL Bundle?

Yes, please contact us and our friendly support staff will upgrade your service to the Belong ADSL Bundle. Unless you need a new phone line or if trenching is required, there will be no additional one-off charge for this change, and we will usually be able to connect your new phone service within 2 business days. Once connected, we will notify you via SMS that your Belong phone service is active and ready to use.

When changing to a Belong ADSL Bundle, the new monthly fee will not take effect until your next invoice date, which means there will be no messy pro-rata fees to worry about; we will simply change your monthly fee starting the next month.
