Why has my Belong appointment been rescheduled?

Your Belong appointment has been rescheduled. This is because: 

  • You've requested to reschedule your existing appointment or 
  • There has been an unexpected change in the technician’s availability for your original appointment time.

If you didn’t request this change, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and assure you we've rescheduled your appointment to the earliest available. 
 

The technician will be at your address for approximately 1 hour to complete the installation of your service. Please make sure that either you, or somebody over 18 who is authorised to act on your behalf, is present. If you or anyone over 18 cannot be available for the scheduled appointment, please contact us <link to contact us> to reschedule your appointment.

If you’re renting and we need to install the equipment, please make sure you’ve got the landlord’s permission before going ahead with the appointment.

If you reside in a multi dwelling unit complex, please speak with the building manager to allow the technician access to the central termination point for all of the phone services in your complex (known as the ‘MDF’) in order to complete the installation of your service.
