What do I do if my microphone isn't working on my iPhone when I use Belong Voice?
If you have recently updated your device to iOS version please ensure that you allow Belong Voice to use your microphone by following below mentioned steps:
In iOS, go to Settings -> Belong Voice -> Microphone [toggle to on]
Belong Voice is no longer open to customers.
Existing Belong Voice Customers can continue to use the service from the Voice App. To manage Belong Voice, simply sign into your Belong Account and navigate to this feature.
